V květnu je v Mostě v České republice typicky mírné a jarní počasí. Denní teploty se obvykle pohybují mezi 15 °C a 20 °C, ale během teplejších období mohou občas vystoupat nad 20 °C. V noci teploty obvykle klesají na 5°C až 10°C, takže večery a časná rána mohou být chladná. Květen je také jedním z nejvlhčích měsíců v Mostě, s průměrnými srážkami kolem 60 až 80 mm. Přeháňky a občasné bouřky jsou běžné, zejména v průběhu měsíce.
Počasí je většinou příjemné, takže je to skvělé období pro venkovní aktivity. I přes oteplení je však vhodné připravit se na déšť.
