Le circuit de Most est conçu pour accueillir les personnes handicapées et leur permettre de voir les courses en toute commodité.
Les personnes titulaires d'une carte ZTP/P (destinée aux personnes souffrant d'un handicap important nécessitant une assistance) bénéficient d'un accès gratuit à la zone des collines réservées aux spectateurs à l'Autodrome de Most pendant le championnat du monde de Superbike (WSBK). L'entrée est gratuite pour une personne accompagnante, à condition qu'elle présente sa carte ZTP/P valide à l'arrivée. Cet accès spécial permet aux personnes gravement handicapées de profiter de l'événement avec l'aide d'un accompagnateur.
