TIPS FOR FANS

Fan engagement is one of the key attractions of the World Superbike Championship (WorldSBK). With various opportunities to access the paddock or attend fan events, you can meet riders, collect autographs, or capture memorable photos. There are multiple ways to connect with the stars of WorldSBK. Here’s how:

Fan Zone

Fanzones often feature riders as part of their promotional activities. Stay tuned to the social media accounts of event organisers, teams, riders, and sponsors for updates on when and where these interactions happen. It’s one of the easiest ways to meet riders in a more laid-back setting.

Around the Circuit

Many riders stay in nearby hotels, with their parking spots usually close to the main circuit entrance. Arriving early can give you the chance to spot them as they head to the track. Riders typically arrive before the race programme begins to avoid traffic, so plan ahead.

The Paddock Show

The Paddock Show is a fan favourite and a unique feature of WorldSBK. It includes live session commentary, rider interviews, autograph signings, and talk shows. It’s the ideal setting to get up close with riders while enjoying hours of entertainment.

Pit Lane Walk

The Pit Lane Walk is a special feature of WorldSBK, offering fans an up-close look at the racing environment. During this event, you can walk along the pit lane, observe teams preparing their bikes, and even interact with the riders. It’s a great opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes action that fuels race day excitement.

The Pit Lane Walk is usually available on both Saturday and Sunday of the race weekend.

Note that if you are interested in the Pit Lane Walk, there is an extra fee for this activity. It costs 250 CZK / 10 Eur per day (ticket can be purchased on-site).

Victory Lane

In WorldSBK, Victory Lane offers fans a rare chance to be part of the post-race celebrations. After each Superpole session and race, the top three riders pass through the paddock, giving fans the opportunity to interact with them as they make their way to Parc fermé and the podium. This experience allows spectators to shake hands with the winners and get closer to their racing heroes.

Enjoying the race comfortably

Plan Ahead: Avoid peak times for bathroom breaks or meals to skip long queues. Plan your day to avoid getting stuck in lines during crucial moments.

Stay Flexible: General admission tickets often grant access to several areas. Use this flexibility to explore different views of the track throughout the weekend.

Where to watch the race
Our grandstand guides offer detailed information on the best spots to watch the action. Whether you're seeking up-close views, excellent photo opportunities, or the most thrilling corners, choosing the right seat is key. Keep in mind: Circuit distances can be vast, and moving between areas can take time, especially with large crowds. Plan your movements carefully. If track invasions are part of the event, consider positioning yourself near the podium for the best post-race experience.

Podium celebration
This unique experience allows you to celebrate alongside the winners. The podium is located within the “public” part of the paddock and is open to all ticket holders.
